CareMoment ("the Service", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the CareMoment app (iOS, Android and web) and this website, how we use and protect it, and how you can manage or delete it.

This policy is also available in Traditional Chinese. If the two versions differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.

Care records may include sensitive information such as the care recipient's health, medication and meals. Please record only what is needed for care.

We do not collect your location, contacts or advertising identifiers. The app has no ads and uses no third-party analytics or tracking tools.

We share with these providers only the data they need to deliver their features, and require them to protect your data as described in this policy. Because their servers may be located outside Taiwan, your data may be processed and stored abroad.

In the app, open Settings and tap "Delete account" at the bottom. Once deleted, the account can no longer be used to sign in. Alternatively, email service@wewe.ws from the address you signed up with. After verifying your identity, we will handle your request and reply within 30 days.

10. Care recipients' data

Cases and care records are created by caregivers or family members and concern the care recipient. Before creating a case, please obtain consent from the care recipient or their legal representative. A care recipient or their legal representative who wants to access, correct or delete this data can do so through the case's caregiver or by emailing us directly.

11. Children's privacy

Accounts are intended for caregivers and family members. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect account data from children.

We may update this policy when the Service or the law changes. We will update the effective date above and announce significant changes in the app or on this website.
